Hunting Guidelines

  • All guided hunts require a minimum of two hunters and no more than four hunters per guide. There is no guide/dog fee for unguided hunts.
  • All hunts are scheduled for 1/2 day
  • 50% non refundable deposit required
  • All cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. Cancellations less than 7 days will forfeit 50% of deposit. Remainder will apply to future hunt. Cancellations 2 days or less will forfeit entire deposit.
  • Rain outs will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience. Rain outs will be determined by Top-Flight management.
  • All hunters are required to have a Texas Hunting License - Non residents can purchase a Banded Bird License from TPWD

Lodge

Overlooking the stocked fishing pond is the new lodge. There is no better place to sit back, relax, and discuss the day’s events. The lodge can comfortably sleep twelve guests. Our 1000 square ft. den and dining room includes a fireplace, satellite TV, and an outdoor deck. Meals are available and all guests are treated to complimentary drinks.
